A few words: Some Korean BBQ restaurants let you cook your own meat, some let their servers do it for you. Here in Soban, you cook your own meat, but there are specific instructions (printed out) for every type of meat on their menu. This, then, allows you to fully maximize your Korean BBQ experience while making sure that you get to cook your meat the right way.
